Accessories that were shipped in error or damaged in transit may be returned to Paparazzi for a full refund within 10 days of receipt. To initiate the return, the customer must contact Paparazzi Support at (855) 697-2727 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return label. Once the returned merchandise has been received, a direct replacement will be sent to the customer. If the returned item is no longer available for purchase, a refund in the amount of the original purchase will be processed on the original form of payment.
